Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) leads medical education in across 450+ Health Science colleges and 50,000+ medical students across Maharashtra. Koita Foundation signed an MOU with MUHS to develop Digital Health courses including Digital Health Foundational Course (DHFC) for medical students and practicing physicians.

DHFC has been developed and rolled-out across Maharashtra, making it the first state in India to introduce Digital Health in the medical education curriculum.

National Cancer Grid (NCG)

The National Cancer Grid (NCG) is an initiative of the Government of India through the Department of Atomic Energy and its grant-in-aid institution, the Tata Memorial Centre, to create a network of cancer centres, research institutes, patient groups and charitable institutions across India with the objective of developing uniform standards of patient care for prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer; providing specialized training and education in oncology and facilitating collaborative basic, translational and clinical research in cancer.

Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI) is the largest association of physicians dedicated to the care of people with diabetes in Asia, with over 11,500 members across 23 states in India. RSSDI was registered under the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860 by the Registrar of Societies. RSSDI's mission is to conduct diabetes research and innovation in India to improve diabetes care as well as support the prevention and management of diabetes.

Koita Foundation partnered with RSSDI to establish the Koita Centre for Digital Diabetology(KCDD) to promote the use of digital technologies and tools to improve diabetes care across India. The key focus areas of RSSDI-KCDD include improving the quality of treatment and patient experience, making care more affordable & accessible, facilitating training and capacity building, and fostering research and development in diabetes.
